To carry out the responsibilities of planning and execution of instrumentation and control system maintenance activities in Chemplast Sanmar Limited - Custom Manufacture Chemical Division
1.Responsible for the installation and maintenance of Instruments and control systems
2. Spares planning and procurement
3. Preparation and Compliance of effective department working standards & procedures in line with Organizations IMS systems requirements
- Knowledge on DCS, PLC and SCADA systems
- Knowledge on various Field instruments including analytical instruments
- Knowledge on Foundation Fieldbus technology (FF)
- Knowledge on various instrumentation standards like ISA, IEC, BS, IEEE, API, etc.
- Knowledge on process interlocks, safety systems and standards
- Knowledge on problem solving techniques
- Knowledge on Weights & measures acts
- Ability to identify critical instruments and spares
- Skill on budget tracking
- Knowledge of local vendors and product range
Willing to relocate Berigai / Hosur location.
Only Diploma degree holders. No B.E / B.Tech.
