Job Description

  • We are hiring two Inside Sales/Event Marketing Executives to join our team
  • The ideal candidates will be responsible for driving sales through proactive outreach, managing event marketing initiatives, and enhancing customer engagement
  • This role requires strong communication skills, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to effectively manage both sales and marketing activities

key_responsibilities:

  • Inside Sales:Generate leads and build a pipeline through outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups
  • Qualify and convert leads into sales by understanding customer needs and offering suitable solutions
  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and customer satisfaction
  • Event Marketing:Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events, webinars, and trade shows to promote company products and services
  • Develop event marketing strategies and promotional materials to drive attendance and engagement
  • Work with vendors, sponsors, and partners to ensure successful event execution and post-event follow-up
  • Sales & Marketing Strategy:Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and achieve business goals
  • Monitor and analyze sales and event marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Customer Engagement:Engage with potential and existing customers through various channels, providing information, support, and solutions to address their needs
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to enhance service offerings and improve customer satisfaction
  • Reporting & Analysis:Prepare and present reports on sales activities, event outcomes, and marketing effectiveness
  • Utilize analytics to track performance metrics and optimize strategies for better results

Experience:

  • 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, event marketing, or a related field
  • Skills/Scope:Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing successful marketing events
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and event marketing strategies

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM software and marketing tools
