Job Description

🚀 We're Hiring: Freelance Sales Executive (Commission-Based Only)

Join Corezen Technologies – Where Ideas Scale.We are a fast-growing software development startup looking for ambitious and self-driven sales professionals who can help us grow our client base across India.

What We Offer:

  • 100% commission-based role (up to 38% per sale)
  • No fixed salary, but unlimited earning potential

  • Full support with sales documents, service catalogs, and branding

What You'll Sell:

  • Website Development (₹40K to ₹5L)
  • Mobile App Development (₹80K to ₹8L)
  • Custom Software Development (₹80K onwards)
  • Logo Design (₹5K to ₹1L)
  • UI/UX Design (₹50K onwards)
  • Graphic Design (₹5K–₹10K per post or monthly package)
  • SEO & Social Media Marketing (₹5K to ₹40K+ per month)

Your Responsibilities:

  • Identify and connect with potential clients (online/offline)
  • Pitch and explain our services effectively
  • Close deals independently and report progress
  • Maintain regular communication with the manager

What We Expect:

  • Strong communication & networking skills
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented mindset
  • Willingness to work on a pure commission model
  • Must be able to generate leads independently
  • Must agree to a monthly sales target and contract terms

Initial Target:

Minimum 2–3 confirmed client sales within the first month (trial period). If met, you may be eligible for a fixed salary + commission in future.

Important Notes:

  • No advance or base salary will be provided.
  • No leads will be provided — candidates must generate leads on their own.
  • Legal agreement must be signed to confirm all terms.
  • Failure to meet sales expectations may result in discontinuation.
