Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
1–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or creator partnerships (preferably in a performance marketing environment).
Identify, reach out to, and onboard influencers for CPS (Cost Per Sale), CPA (Cost Per Action), and CPL (Cost Per Lead) campaigns.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple creators and campaigns simultaneously.
Proficient with influencer marketing platforms, CRM tools, and analytics dashboards.
A strong network of creators and influencers is a plus.
Self-starter with a passion for influencer culture and digital trends.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Experience working in fast-paced, target-driven environments.
Knowledge of affiliate marketing or creator-led performance campaigns.
