As an Influencer Marketing Executive/Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading our influencer collaboration efforts to enhance brand awareness, social media growth, and sales. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing influencer marketing strategies, planning campaigns for product launches and key events, and identifying and partnering with influencers across various platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and talent managers, negotiating deliverables and budgets, coordinating product gifting and content timelines, and monitoring campaign performance using tools like Meta Insights and CreatorIQ. Additionally, you will review and approve influencer content to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and leverage it for brand-owned social media and paid campaigns. To excel in this role, you should have 2-5 years of experience in influencer marketing or digital marketing, a strong network of influencers in the fashion/lifestyle/beauty space, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of social media trends and analytics tools. Your creative mindset, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously will be essential for success. Ideally, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion, or a related field, have experience working with influencer platforms/tools, and prior exposure to a fashion/lifestyle D2C brand. This full-time position requires you to work on a day shift at our in-person location.
