Role & responsibilities

Design the future
: Own the look, feel, grip & delight of our appliances - from trimmers to stylers
Build for humans
: Deep dive into ergonomics, textures, and tactile pleasure to make product experiences intuitive, delightful, and sexy
Work cross-functionally:
Collaborate with NPD, sourcing, packaging, and consumer research teams to take sketches from concept to production
Mock. Test. Iterate.:
Create functional + visual prototypes. Work with vendors to build feasible, scalable designs
Global inspiration, desi relevance:
Bring best-in-class global design sensibilities into everyday Indian beauty and wellness routines

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design
/ Product Design from a top-tier school (NID, MIT-ID, ISD)
Mastery in tools like SolidWorks, Rhino, Keyshot, Adobe SuiteWorking knowledge of DFM, prototyping, materials & production
A sharp eye + rebel soul - you obsess over curves, buttons, and surfaces because details make desire
