Roles Responsibilities :

· Outbound Calls:Making calls to potential customers to promote products or services, generate leads, and build relationships.

· Inbound Calls:Handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information to customers who call the company.

· Customer Engagement:Building rapport with customers, understanding their needs, and suggesting appropriate solutions.

· Data Management:Maintaining accurate records of calls, customer feedback, and follow-up requirements within CRM systems.

· Sales and Lead Generation:Meeting or exceeding sales targets and contributing to the overall sales pipeline by identifying and qualifying leads.

· Product Knowledge:Understanding the company's products and services to effectively answer customer questions and provide accurate information.

· Problem Solving:Identifying and resolving customer issues or complaints, providing solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

· Customer Feedback:Gathering and documenting customer feedback to help improve products, services, and the overall customer experience.

· Documentation:Maintaining accurate records of all interactions with customers, including call summaries, follow-up actions, and sales details.

· Collaboration:Working with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
