Key Responsibilities: 1. Teaching: Deliver lectures, seminars, and practical sessions to students. 2. Research: Conduct research in their area of expertise, publish papers, and secure funding. 3. Qualifications: - Advanced degree (often a PhD) in the relevant field. - Teaching experience, often at the university level. - Research experience and publications in peer-reviewed journals. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
