HVAC Supervisor

As a HVAC Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating a team of HVAC technicians to ensure timely completion of projects. Your role will involve troubleshooting complex HVAC problems, providing guidance on proper installation techniques, equipment operation, and repair procedures. Additionally, you will monitor and inspect HVAC installations and repairs to ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulations. Collaboration with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders is a key aspect of this role. You will work closely with them to understand project requirements and provide technical expertise and recommendations. Moreover, managing inventory of HVAC equipment, tools, and supplies to ensure availability for scheduled projects and repairs will be part of your responsibilities. The ideal candidate for this position should have a Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification. You should possess 3-5 years of experience in the HVAC industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
