Job Description

• Handling meeting with Clients, Consultant, Contractors, Government officials etc. and
briefing about AIPL Product, giving presentation, mock-up and getting approvals. • Getting enquiry, submitting techno commercial offer on time, follow up for finalization of orders. • Checking PO as per the terms and conditions of AIPL and advising client or contractors if there are any changes required in POs. • Follow up with AIPL team for timely execution of orders. • Follow ups with Client for timely payment and other matters. • Follow right marketing practices. • Monitor market Intelligence within the industry in terms of market development, new projects, competitive activity, new customers etc. • Put all effort to achieve committed sales target • Submit timely report on weekly basis and updates on orders received on monthly basis target v/s actual with action plan if orders are less as compare with target. • Participating in region wise HVAC events and nation wise events as on when required. • Other day to day routine work related to your designation and to complete all other tasks allotted by the Management from time to time.
