Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with top companies and recruiters for student placements.
• Plan and execute placement drives, internship programs, and campus recruitment activities.
• Design and conduct soft skills & interview preparation training for students.
• Collaborate with internal trainers to enhance student employability.
• Maintain placement records and generate reports.

Requirements:

• Experience:

  3+ years in HR, Training, or Placement roles (Education/EdTech industry preferred).
• Strong corporate network and placement handling experience.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Ability to mentor and guide students for career growth.
