Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will handle core HR responsibilities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll coordination, and HR policies. Key Responsibilities: Manage the entire recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding). Maintain employee records and HR documentation. Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth onboarding and induction. Handle attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Conduct employee engagement activities and resolve workplace issues. Support the management in performance appraisal and exit processes. Requirements: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 0–2 years of experience in HR or related field (Freshers can also apply if skilled). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with MS Office and HRMS software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
