The Human Resources Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the HR department, assisting with daily HR operations, and managing executive administrative tasks. Daily tasks include maintaining employee records, coordinating meetings and events, handling inquiries, facilitating communication within the company, and providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications Experience in Human Resources (HR) and Administrative Assistance Skills in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and with attention to detail Proficiency in using office software and HR management systems Strong organizational and time management skills Experience in an educational institution or similar environment is a plus Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Show more Show less
