Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Human Resources (HR) professional to manage and oversee the daily operations of our HR department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for talent acquisition, employee relations, payroll management, training and development, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment & Onboarding

    • Source, screen, and interview candidates for open positions.
    • Coordinate onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
    • Maintain talent pipelines for future staffing needs.
  2. Employee Relations

    • Serve as the main point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
    • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
    • Organize employee engagement and welfare activities.
  3. Performance Management

    • Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems.
    • Support managers in setting KPIs and conducting reviews.
    • Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development initiatives.
  4. HR Operations

    • Maintain and update HRIS and employee records.
    • Administer payroll, attendance, and leave management.
    • Prepare HR reports and analytics as required.
  5. Compliance & Policy Management

    • Ensure adherence to labor laws and organizational policies.
    • Draft, revise, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
    • Handle disciplinary actions and exit processes.
  6. Training & Development

    • Plan and execute internal training sessions and workshops.
    • Identify skill gaps and support upskilling initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (25 years for Executive, 510 years for Manager) in HR roles.
  • Solid understanding of labor legislation and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (e.g., Zoho People, GreytHR, SAP, etc.).
