As a Site Lead in Operation & Maintenance (O&M) at our wind farm in Shajapur, Madhya Pradesh, you will be responsible for leading routine O&M activities, ensuring on-time booking of service orders and materials in ERP, releasing monthly site performance reports, achieving productivity and machine availability targets, maintaining ISO documentation standards, interacting with customers, promoting good HSE practices, managing spares for maintenance, ensuring availability of PPEs and tools, monitoring the wind farm via SCADA, and facilitating customer audits and visits. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation/Power Electronics Engineering from a renowned university/college, along with 10 to 15 years of operational experience in a large-scale industry involved in Wind turbines operations, preferably with OEM/IP. The work location will be at our site in Shajapur, Madhya Pradesh. The Manager - Quality at Sterlite Power Transmission Limited will act as an interface between the Head Office and project site, driving and implementing the organizational QA Policy and procedures across the project site.
