Key Responsibilities Responsibility Area Description Manage Recruitment Cycle Handle end-to-end recruitment from job posting to onboarding. Onboarding Manage documentation and induction for new hires. Recruitment Reporting Track and report on recruitment metrics regularly. Compliance Ensure recruitment aligns with labor laws and HR policies. Vendor Management Coordinate with external hiring partners and consultants. Market Awareness Stay updated with recruitment trends and strategies. Key Result Areas (KRAs) KRA Description Recruitment Turnaround Time Fill open positions within the target timeframe. Quality of Hires Hire candidates that meet skill, culture, and performance benchmarks. Candidate Satisfaction Deliver smooth and respectful recruitment experiences. Talent Pool Readiness Maintain a pre-qualified pool for critical roles. Compliance Follow company policies and legal regulations in hiring. KPIs and Performance Metrics KPI Target Time to Hire Close 90% of roles within 30 days Offer Acceptance Rate ≥ 85% acceptance Candidate Satisfaction ≥ 85% rating Talent Pool Ratio Maintain at least 3 pre-qualified candidates per open role
