HR Recruiter

As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for various aspects of recruitment processes including Recruitment Strategy & Planning, Team Leadership & Coordination, Job Posting & Sourcing Management, Candidate Screening & Shortlisting, Interview Scheduling & Execution, Offer Rollout & Salary Negotiation, Onboarding & Documentation, and Recruitment Reporting & Analysis. Your role will involve developing recruitment strategies, coordinating with team members, managing job postings and sourcing activities, screening and shortlisting candidates, scheduling and conducting interviews, negotiating salaries with candidates, facilitating onboarding processes, and analyzing recruitment data for reporting purposes. This position requires strong leadership skills to effectively lead a team, excellent coordination abilities to ensure smooth recruitment operations, and proficiency in candidate assessment techniques to identify the right talent for the organization. You will also be responsible for maintaining recruitment documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and contributing to the overall recruitment goals of the organization.
