Job Description

Job Title: Human Resource Manager Recruitment Focus

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process

    including job postings, sourcing, screening, HR interviewing, shortlisting, and after selection onboarding.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies

    to meet current and future hiring needs across all departments.
  • Collaborate with department heads

    to understand workforce requirements and ensure timely hiring.
  • Create and maintain a talent pipeline

    through networking, job fairs, employee referrals, social media, and recruitment platforms.
  • Standardize interview and selection processes

    , ensuring a consistent and inclusive candidate experience.
  • Negotiate job offers

    and manage pre-employment checks and background verification.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics

    (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality of hire) and report on recruitment performance.

  • Support employer branding initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (masters preferred).
  • Minimum

    5+ years of HR experience

    with a strong focus on recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Proven track record in successfully filling a wide range of roles.
  • Familiarity with

    ATS systems

    , HR software, and sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, indeed, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and best practices in recruitment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience recruiting in Sales environments and BFSI, finance and technology exposure recruitment preferred
  • Ability to manage employer branding and campus recruitment initiatives.
