HR Manager

Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing top talent, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Key Responsibilities: Understand hiring needs and job specifications in coordination with department managers Source and attract candidates using databases, social media, job portals, and networking Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates Conduct interviews (telephonic, video, or in-person) and evaluate candidates Coordinate with hiring managers for interview scheduling and feedback Manage job postings on various platforms and maintain recruitment trackers Provide timely communication and updates to candidates throughout the hiring process Prepare offer letters and assist in pre-onboarding formalities Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment reports Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Proven work experience as a recruiter or in a similar HR role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities Strong organizational and time-management abilities Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 06/10/2025
