Role Description

Human Resources Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage HR operations and employee relations, ensuring a positive workplace culture.
• Develop and enforce HR policies in alignment with organizational goals.
• Drive end-to-end recruitment, with a focus on blue-collar hiring.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in HR management, HR operations, and strategic HR implementation.
• Prior experience

  managing blue-collar employees is mandatory
