Job Description

Talent Acquisition & Management:
Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies for key roles.
Implement robust succession planning and talent development programs.
Champion performance management processes and tools.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
Promote a positive workplace culture and employee experience.
Resolve complex employee relations issues and conduct thorough investigations when required.
Implement engagement surveys and action plans to improve morale and retention.
Compensation & Benefits:
Support the design and administration of competitive compensation and benefits structures.
Ensure salary benchmarking and internal equity reviews are regularly conducted.
Compliance & Risk Management:
Ensure compliance with -Labour Laws and operations
Update HR policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory changes.
Mitigate organizational risk by maintaining accurate HR documentation and audits.
Team Leadership:
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional growth within the HR function.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
