Position: HR Intern

Location: Dodda Banaswadi, Bengaluru, Karnataka

Stipend: 5,000 TO 10,000

Summary:

Motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources student with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced in key HR functions such as resume screening, interview scheduling, onboarding coordination, and time and attendance tracking. Demonstrates a high level of professionalism with the ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality. Skilled in drafting clear and professional emails to support internal and external communication.

Job Description:

1. Job Posting

Create and post job descriptions on various job portals and social media platforms.

2. Resume Screening

Review and shortlist relevant resumes based on job criteria.

3. Interview Coordination

Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates and interviewers.

4. Onboarding Support

Assist in collecting documents, preparing onboarding kits, and ensuring a smooth joining process.

5. Time & Attendance Tracking

Maintain daily attendance records and support with leave tracking.

6. Email Drafting

Prepare official HR communications including interview calls, onboarding mails, and announcements.

Required skills and qualifications:

1. Pursuing a Bachelor’s/ Master's in Human Resources

2. Strong organizational abilities

3. Proficient in MS Office

4. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Internship type: In office

Internship duration: 3 month (In person)

Full-Time Employment (Post Internship):

• Annual CTC: ₹2,40,000 per annum
• Monthly Salary: ₹20,000

Schedule: Day shift (10:00AM to 7:00PM)
