We're looking for someone who:

• Manage end-to-end payroll operations with precision and accuracy.
• Talent Acquisition. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding for Automobile Industry.
• Ensure adherence to statutory compliance and regulatory standards.
• Oversee the appraisal process, working closely with department heads and managers.

Candidate should be have :

• Proven experience in payroll management, statutory compliance, and performance appraisal.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of MS-office ( Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
