HR Executive

Location: F-89/7, Second Floor, Unit No-2, Okhla Industrial Area, Phase-1, New Delhi – 110020 Department: Human Resources Reporting To: Senior Management Job Summary: Ramja Genosensor Pvt. Ltd., a pioneering company in diagnostic and biosensor technology, is looking for a dedicated and proactive HR Executive to manage daily human resources tasks. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting HR operations and fostering a positive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding Maintain and update employee records and HR databases Assist in organizing employee training, development programs, and performance appraisals Manage attendance, leave records, and assist in payroll processing Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and labor laws Address employee queries and assist in handling employee relations issues Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures Assist in internal communications, employee engagement, and welfare initiatives Prepare reports and maintain HR documents and records as needed Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA in HR preferred) 1–2 years of experience in an HR role Good knowledge of HR functions and labor laws Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and administrative skills Proficient in MS Office and HR software/tools Key Skills: Recruitment & Talent Management Employee Relations & Grievance Handling Payroll & Attendance Management Communication & Problem Solving Policy Implementation HR Documentation & Compliance Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
