The ideal candidate will handle a mix of Recruitment (40%) and HR Operations (60%), ensuring smooth functioning of daily HR processes and contributing to employee engagement and organizational development. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment (40%) Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring needs. Post job advertisements on various job portals and social media. Maintain candidate databases and track hiring metrics. Schedule and coordinate interviews, manage candidate communication, and provide feedback. HR Operations (60%) Manage employee onboarding, induction, and documentation. Maintain and update HR databases and employee records. Support payroll inputs and leave management. Handle employee queries related to policies, benefits, and HR processes. Assist in performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives. Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies. Prepare HR reports and assist in audits as required. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in a similar HR role. Good knowledge of HR systems, processes, and labor laws.
