HR EXECUTIVE

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
• Maintain and update employee records and attendance .
• Assist in employee orientation, training, and development programs.
• Prepare and manage duty rosters in coordination with department heads.
• Monitor staff performance and coordinate annual appraisals.
• Ensure compliance with hospital HR policies and procedures.
• Support audits and documentation related to NABH standards.
• Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution professionally.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure employee data protection.
• Assist in statutory compliance: PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate or Postgraduate in HR/Personnel Management.
• Minimum 2 years of HR experience in a multi-specialty hospital.
• Sound knowledge of NABH documentation and HR-related standards.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
