Job Title: HR Executive cum Recruiter Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat Experience: 1–3 Years Industry: Solar / Renewable Energy / Engineering Employment Type: Full-time Company Overview:Deon Energy is a fast-growing solar EPC company based in Gujarat, delivering end-to-end solar power solutions. We are looking for a dynamic HR Executive cum Recruiter to manage our hiring process and HR operations. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment: Handle end-to-end recruitment process for technical, site, and office positions Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and consultancies Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and schedule interviews with relevant departments Coordinate offer rollouts and joining formalities HR Operations: Maintain employee records and HR database Assist in payroll coordination and attendance tracking Handle onboarding and induction of new employees Support performance review and appraisal processes Maintain compliance with company HR policies and labor laws Assist in employee engagement and grievance handling Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor's or Master’s degree in HR / Business Administration or related field 1–3 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations Knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, and HR software/tools Strong communication and coordination skills Experience in hiring for engineering or solar domain (preferred)
