Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Bulk Recruiter to manage high-volume hiring for various non-IT positions . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in mass recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with relevant stakeholders.
Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
27 years of experience in bulk or high-volume recruitment, preferably in non-IT sectors.
Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools, including job portals and social media platforms.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
