Despite our accomplishments, we are still in the early stages of our journey, operating as a small, dedicated team that is gradually establishing our systems, culture, and company. We are not your typical workplace. We do not boast fancy offices, corporate attire, or an established HR system. This is where you come in. We are currently seeking our First HR Consultant to join us in a remote, freelance, and flexible capacity. Your role will involve laying the foundation for our HR and hiring processes, sourcing and onboarding freelance talent, defining HR practices at Fukes Media LLP, coordinating interviews with the founding partners, maintaining essential trackers, reports, and compliance documents, and serving as the primary advocate for people, processes, and growth within the organization. We are looking for candidates with at least 2 years of experience in HR or talent acquisition, preferably within VFX, media, production, or startup environments. The ideal candidate will possess a strong self-starter mentality, independent decision-making skills, a passion for building and innovation, and the ability to work remotely with flexibility and trust.
