Job Title: HR Consultant
Experience Required: 1–2 Years
Location: Saki Naka, Mumbai (Hybrid – 2 Days In-Office, 3 Days Remote)

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Consultant with 1–2 years of experience to support our day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining smooth internal processes, ensuring employee documentation, handling queries, and assisting in performance and payroll functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day HR operations and general employee support
• Manage employee grievance handling and resolution in a timely, professional manner
• Draft and issue experience letters, relieving letters, and other employee documents
• Maintain HR-related email communication and respond to employee queries
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth communication and process alignment
• Assist in performance management processes and data tracking
• Prepare and manage monthly salary sheets in coordination with the Accounts team
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed and updated where required

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in HR operations
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets for payroll/salary sheet preparation
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
• Basic understanding of labor laws and compliance is a plus

Work Schedule:

• 2 days a week – In-office (Saki Naka, Mumbai)
• 3 days a week – Remote work (2–3 hours/day)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
