HR Assistant

We are a USA based CPA firm in Greensboro NC, USA with offices in North Carolina ,New Jersey and South Carolina. We are currently looking for a dedicated HR Assistant to join our dynamic Human Resources team. Responsibilities: Support daily HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and HR communications. Assist with recruitment processes (scheduling interviews, posting job ads, screening resumes). Maintain and update employee files and records, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Help organize employee training and development programs. Assist in the preparation of HR reports and presentations. Assist with payroll and benefits administration. Address and respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters. Ensure smooth onboarding for new hires, including document collection and orientation support. Qualifications: Experience : Previous experience in an HR support or administrative role is a plus, but not required. Skills : Excellent communication skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail. English is must. Education : Bachelor’s degree in any field Personality : A proactive, positive attitude with a passion for helping others. A team player with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. English is must. Only for freshers Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month Schedule: 12pm to 9pm for girls. 1pm to 10pm for boys.
