Hostess

We are seeking a warm, friendly, and organized Host/Hostess (Hoster) to be the first point of contact for our guests. You will be responsible for greeting customers, managing the seating chart, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience from the moment guests enter the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a smile and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintain the waiting list and provide accurate wait times.
• Escort guests to their tables and present menus.
• Manage table seating rotation to ensure efficient service.
• Handle reservations via phone or walk-ins.
• Answer basic customer inquiries about menu, restaurant hours, or policies.
• Coordinate with waitstaff and kitchen team to manage guest flow.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the front area.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and provide assistance when needed.
• Handle any guest complaints or issues professionally and promptly.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th Pass / Any Degree.
• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality role is preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
