Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hospital Manager to oversee the daily operations and administrative functions of our healthcare facility in Ludhiana. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth functioning of all departments, maintain high standards of patient care, and support the hospital's growth and compliance objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall hospital operations including OPD, IPD, emergency, diagnostics, and support services
• Supervise and coordinate activities of all departments ensuring efficient workflow and patient satisfaction
• Oversee staffing, recruitment, scheduling, and training of non-clinical personnel
• Ensure regulatory compliance with NABH/NABL standards and local health authorities
• Monitor budgets, expenses, billing, procurement, and inventory management
• Develop and implement operational policies, SOPs, and quality control procedures
• Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
• Handle patient grievances and ensure prompt resolution
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly operational and performance reports for management

Qualifications & Skills:

• Master’s Degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
• Proven track record in hospital management or healthcare operations
• Strong knowledge of healthcare systems, compliance standards, and quality assurance
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment
• Proficient in hospital software systems and MS Office tools
