Hiring for Simulation Prdocut Development Leader:-

We are looking for candidates from virtual simulator prodcut development expertise from electrical systems background:-

Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Computer Science) or equivalent
Minimum Exp more than 15 years
You'll lead and contribute to the development of Digital Training Solutions. Day-to-day, youll work closely withteams across the business (ISR Project Core Team, Rolling Stock Engineering Core Team, Service BidManagers), manage product development lifecycle, and much more.
Procurement of components for simulators
Collaborating with Digital Solutions teams to support Product and Technology Development
Experience or understanding of product development/engineering lifecycle
Knowledge of software development methodologies
Familiarity with electrical or mechanical hardware design and implementation methods
A certification in Project Management or Product Management (desirable)
Technical knowledge of Rolling Stock systems and subsystems (desirable)
Experience in modelling and simulation for equipment/vehicles (desirable)
Exposure to Digital Technologies (AR/VR, software stacks, data analytics) and understanding
Defining the Product Development Plan and Project Schedule
Preparing and reviewing technical specifications and design documents
Project monitoring and control, including customer and stakeholder management
Supplier management from selection to project delivery
