You are a highly skilled Oracle Fusion Planning & Manufacturing Consultant with 10 years of experience in Oracle ERP Planning Cloud solutions. Your main responsibility is to lead and execute end-to-end implementations of Oracle Fusion Planning Cloud and Manufacturing solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their business processes and translate them into Oracle solutions. Your tasks will include configuring and implementing Oracle ERP Planning Cloud modules such as Supply Planning, Inventory Management, Production Scheduling, Sales & Operations Planning, Backlog Management, Global Order Promising, Advanced Supply Chain Planning, and Manufacturing. Managing data migration, deployment, and cut-over activities will be part of your role, along with collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution. It is essential to ensure compliance with industry best practices and Oracle standards, while staying up to date with the latest Oracle ERP Cloud enhancements and industry trends. To qualify for this role, you need 7-10 years of hands-on experience in Oracle ERP Planning Cloud and Manufacturing modules. You should have a minimum of 3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion Planning Cloud implementations, with at least one Manufacturing implementation. Strong understanding of Oracle ERP Cloud and EBS Planning architecture is required, along with knowledge of common Planning integration touchpoints and data flows. Expertise in business process modeling, requirement gathering, solution design, data migration, cut-over planning, and deployment activities is crucial. You must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent verbal and written communication skills and a strong customer service orientation. Ability to work across multiple time zones and in a collaborative team environment is essential. The Deals Desks role is to ensure all of the above factors are met and culminate to being the one-point interface for all global sales teams to drive deals towards contractual and commercial closure. As a Senior Deals Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for driving and influencing comprehensive deal reviews for large, complex deals. You will actively participate in the sales strategy to support revenue objectives. Additionally, you will partner with sales and finance management, legal, order operations, and revenue on recommendations and options for deal structure and deal closure. You will also be responsible for building custom pricing models where needed and advising customer contract negotiations, including pricing/discount structure, renewal terms, site license agreements, and all commercial contract clauses. Maintaining current knowledge of product offerings, pricing promotions, and market/competitive intelligence will be a key aspect of your role. You will provide sales guidance on elements of a good deal using competitive insights and historical pricing in similar deals. Furthermore, you will develop and/or contribute to process improvement and control governance for your assigned territory. Your responsibilities will also include participating in projects, sales training, and related initiatives from management as requested, as well as providing regular process improvement/best practice input to finance leadership and owning internal activities on key deals (structuring, problem-solving, and support/approvals). To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's Degree and possess 4+ years of experience in deal desk, finance, business analysis, sales ops, and/or order to cash. Experience working within an Enterprise, SaaS, or high-tech company is ideal. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), strong interpersonal skills, and comfort working across geographies are essential. You should also have experience in assessing multiple business and financial factors to make complex judgment calls, as well as the ability to work cross-functionally across various business units, adapt quickly, and prioritize requests.,
