Health Insurance Advisors

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess clients’ insurance needs and recommend suitable health insurance plans
• Explain product features, benefits, and terms in a clear and convincing manner
• Respond to client queries and concerns promptly
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and policy renewals
• Promote health awareness and wellness programs to clients
• Participate in periodic product and sales training sessions

Compensation

• Commission-based

  : Earn

  10% to 15%

  of the total premium amount for each successful policy sold

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Knowledge of health insurance and wellness trends
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Prior experience in health insurance sales is a plus
• Comfortable with remote tools and digital communication
• Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Business, Healthcare, or related field preferred
