Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Dietitian with a strong focus on sales (60% sales, 40% nutrition consulting) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for actively engaging in sales activities to promote our products and services while also providing nutritional counseling and developing personalized diet plans. This role requires a strong understanding of nutrition, excellent communication skills, and a proactive sales-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales & Business Development (60%)

  • Actively engage in sales activities, including prospecting, lead generation, and client outreach, to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Promote and upsell our nutritional products and services to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales campaigns and promotional strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups using our CRM system.
  1. Nutrition Consulting & Client Support (40%)

  • Conduct nutritional assessments and develop personalized diet plans based on clients’ health goals, dietary needs, and medical conditions.
  • Provide ongoing nutritional counseling and support to help clients achieve and maintain their desired health outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in nutrition science, dietary guidelines, and wellness trends.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  2. Minimum of 1 year of experience working as a Dietitian, preferably in a clinical or wellness setting.
  3. Strong sales acumen with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
  5. Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and results-driven.
  6. Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) certification preferred.
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software is a plus.
