Role Description

This is an on-site full-time role for a Head Sales Manager, located in Kishanganj. The Head Sales Manager will oversee daily sales operations, develop and implement sales strategies, and manage sales teams to meet company goals. Responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, identifying market opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves regular reporting on sales performance and market trends.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales management, developing sales strategies, and leading sales teams
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze market trends, conduct market research, and identify business opportunities
