We are now entering our pre-seed investment round ($1.45M at $10M valuation) and are looking for a battle-tested Funding Advisor to help us close this round and secure institutional, VC, and grant-based funding.

Who We Want

We are not looking for generalists or entry-level advisors. This role is strictly for experienced professionals with a proven history of raising capital for blockchain/Web3 startups.

You are someone who:

• Has closed multiple 6–7 figure rounds (seed to Series A) in the crypto/Web3 space.
• Has deep connections with VCs, crypto funds, DAOs, or family offices that actively invest in blockchain.
• Understands the nuances of tokenomics, regulatory dynamics, and crypto-native fundraising models (SAFT, SAFEs, equity-token hybrids, etc.)
• Can personally make introductions to the right investors, and not just advise from the sidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategically guide our pre-seed and seed round fundraising, including pitch optimization and valuation strategy.
• Leverage your existing VC/fund/angel network to secure warm intros and build momentum.
• Advise on funding instruments, equity/token allocations, and long-term capital structuring.
• Support deal negotiation, due diligence, and investor relations.
• Assist with applying to Web3 accelerators and grant programs.

Minimum Requirements

• 5+ years experience in Web3 fundraising, VC, crypto banking, or strategic finance.
• Demonstrated success in funding blockchain or crypto-native companies.
• Deep knowledge of Web3 capital markets, tokenomics, and regulatory considerations.
• Ability to commit 10–15 hours/month and deliver measurable traction.
• Strong ethical grounding, we are a legit, compliance-first project.
