Handwriting - Expert / Instructor

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and patient Handwriting Expert / Instructor to work with students in enhancing their writing speed, legibility, and presentation skills. The role involves conducting structured handwriting improvement sessions for students from Primary to Middle School levels, identifying specific challenges and providing customized practice strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular handwriting sessions focusing on letter formation, spacing, alignment, and writing posture.
• Assess individual student handwriting and identify areas for improvement.
• Teach cursive writing, print (block) writing, or a hybrid style as per the curriculum and student need.
• Develop tailored worksheets and practice routines for students.
• Monitor and record progress through regular assessments and feedback.
• Provide one-on-one or small group support for students with poor handwriting.
• Collaborate with class teachers to align with academic requirements and exam-writing readiness.
• Train students for neat and effective writing under timed conditions (e.g., exams, note-taking).

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate in any discipline with specialized certification in handwriting improvement / calligraphy / writing therapy (preferred).
• Prior experience as a handwriting teacher, remedial trainer, or calligraphy instructor (minimum 1–2 years).
• Strong command over English and/or regional language handwriting styles.
• Ability to work patiently with students across ability levels.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
