Growth Product Manager

Maximize revenue per visitor. Reduce friction. Convert browsers into buyers.

🧠 Responsibilities:

Website & App Funnel Ownership

• Analyze full-funnel data daily: session → ATC → checkout → purchase
• Identify drop-offs, friction points, and opportunities across devices

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)

• Build and test landing pages, run A/B experiments, optimize product pages
• Use heatmaps, session replays, and scroll depth insights to drive UI/UX decisions

App Growth & Retention

• Collaborate with product/dev to improve onboarding, push strategies, and lifecycle flows
• Drive installs → repeat usage → retention through in-app journeys

Attribution & Analytics

• Analyze traffic quality, source-level ROAS, blended vs platform-specific data
• Improve channel-level decision-making via first-party attribution

Cross-Functional Growth Ops

• Work closely with founders, creative, marketing, and tech to execute experiments
• Bring structured thinking and a bias for action into a fast-moving D2C ecosystem

User Segmentation & Personalization

• Segment users based on behavior, and create high-performing journey flows for each cohort

🛠️ You Should Have:

• 2–4 years of experience in D2C, e-commerce, or product-led growth
• Hands-on with GA4, Mixpanel/PostHog, Hotjar/Clarity, Shopify Analytics
• Basic knowledge of Webflow, Unbounce, VWO, or any A/B testing tool
• Sharp analytical mind — loves dashboards, attribution, and optimization
• Experience working with UI/UX, devs, and growth teams to launch tests
• High ownership, rapid execution, and curiosity to solve real business problems
