This is a hands-on opportunity to work across key areas of growth marketing, contributing to campaign success and learning from our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Creation & ExecutionAssist in designing and executing referral campaigns to drive user acquisition and engagement.2. A/B Experimentation & AnalysisSupport A/B testing initiatives, analyze results, and provide insights to inform future experiments.3. Content DevelopmentContribute to creating compelling copy and creatives for referral campaigns, aligning with brand messaging.4. Performance Tracking & OptimizationMonitor campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and collaborate on optimization strategies.Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Interest or prior experience in growth marketing/growth hacking- Curiosity for solving consumer app problems and improving user engagement- Basic understanding of data analysis and deriving insights (a plus)- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities- Excellent communication and collaboration skillsWhat You'll Gain:
