Job Summary:

PedalStart is seeking a detail-oriented Growth Executive to join our growing team. This role is crucial in identifying and engaging with promising early-stage startups to expand our network and investment portfolio. You will be responsible for generating high-quality leads, managing data, and coordinating communication with potential startups. 


Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and generate leads of early-stage startups through various online channels.
  • Accurately filter and qualify leads based on criteria.
  • Initiate contact with potential startups through email, phone, and social media.
  • Schedule introductory calls and meetings between startups and the PedalStart team.
  • Efficiently manage and organize schedules for follow-up meetings and communications.
  • Maintain and update the lead database with accurate and detailed information.
  • Track and report on lead generation activities and performance metrics. 


Requirements:

  • 0-1 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using Excel and  lead generation tools.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
