Job Title : Group Technical Lead-Operation & Maintenance Job Location : Anywhere in Tamil Nadu. No of Openings : 1 Qualification: BE EEE/Diploma EEE/ITI-EEE Experience: 5-6 Years’ Experience Job Description: The candidate should possess strong Electrical knowledge. Valid C license holder based on the locality (Mandate). Ability to handle CEIG (Chief Electrical Inspector to Government) Inspections individually. Minimum 6 years’ experience with “C license” Ability to handle 20MW plants ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for the upkeep of the solar plant. Maintain day-to-day records on power generation. Responsible for submitting the power generation bills to TANGEDCO or Local Electricity body in time and payment collection. Supervision and control over the men, material and vehicles at the solar plant. Identifies problems and develops corrective action plans Scheduling and execution of preventive and predictive maintenance. Ensure that guidelines and standards of work expected by swelect are understood and met. Managing 2 to 3 Plants. Preparing MIS Reports. Handling substation.
