Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative and self-driven Video Editor & Graphic Designer to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for creating compelling visual content—videos, reels, stories, and graphics—for our clients and internal brand across social media, websites, ads, and marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
Video Editing

• Create engaging reels, explainer videos, testimonials, product/service showcases, and ad creatives.
• Add text overlays, transitions, sound effects, animations, and music to enhance video quality.
• Edit videos for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Google Ads.
• Repurpose raw client footage into scroll-stopping video content.

Graphic Designing

• Design static and carousel creatives for social media campaigns.
• Develop branding collaterals such as logos, brochures, presentations, and banners.
• Create visually appealing designs that align with brand identity and marketing goals.
• Collaborate with the content and strategy team for campaign-aligned designs.

What You Should Bring:

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
• Working knowledge of Canva.
• Strong design sense, attention to detail, and ability to visualize content concepts.
• Basic motion graphics and animation skills are a plus.
• Time management skills and the ability to work independently.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in designing for healthcare, clinics, or hospitals.
• Knowledge of video optimization for social platforms.
• Prior agency or freelancing experience.
