Designation – Graphic Designer

The Web & Graphic Designer will be responsible for designing engaging and aesthetically pleasing digital content for various online platforms. This includes the creation of website layouts, graphics, UI elements, and multimedia content, ensuring that designs align with brand identity, usability, and the target audience's needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Graphic Design:
• Create compelling graphics for web and social media platforms, such as banners, logos, infographics, and ads.
• Develop and execute the visual branding and creative assets for marketing campaigns.
• Design interactive graphics and visual elements for emails, newsletters, and other digital communications.
• Produce multimedia content (e.g., videos, animations, GIFs) when required.
• Branding and Identity:
• Maintain consistent brand identity across all digital platforms, adhering to brand guidelines.
• Design and implement visual strategies to enhance brand recognition and appeal.
• User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI):
• Focus on the design and usability aspects of the user journey, ensuring smooth navigation and interaction.
• Research and incorporate the latest trends in web design and UX/UI best practices.
• Collaboration & Communication:
• Work closely with content creators, developers, and marketing teams to ensure the effective integration of visual design and content.
• Communicate design concepts and ideas clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a web designer or graphic designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating design skills.
• Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, etc.).
• Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of web design principles, UI/UX, and responsive design techniques.
• Familiarity with design tools for prototyping (e.g., InVision, Adobe XD, or similar).
• Excellent understanding of color theory, typography, and layout principles.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple design projects.
