Job Description

The Graphic & UI/UX Designer will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our brand across digital and print platforms, while also crafting intuitive and engaging user experiences for our digital products. This dual-focused position calls for a highly creative individual with strong design aesthetics, a keen eye for detail, and a deep understanding of user interface and user experience design principles.

Graphic Design Responsibilities:

Design engaging visuals for marketing campaigns, social media, presentations, events, and branded materials.
Collaborate with marketing, content, and production teams to develop cohesive visual strategies.
Maintain consistency across all design work, adhering to brand guidelines and visual identity.
Oversee the design process from initial concept to final delivery, incorporating feedback and revisions.
Keep up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices to inspire fresh ideas.
Manage multiple creative projects with tight timelines without compromising on quality.

UI/UX Design Responsibilities:

Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web, mobile, and product interfaces.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on designs.
Ensure intuitive user flows, accessible navigation, and a seamless digital experience.
Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to implement designs effectively.
Maintain and expand our digital design system and UI libraries.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a graphic and/or UI/UX designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing both creative and functional design work.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and UI/UX tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.).
Solid understanding of visual storytelling, typography, layout design, color theory, and brand systems.
Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus.
Excellent communication, time management, and team collaboration skills.
Experience in motion design or video editing is an added advantage.
