Location: Hyderabad Experience: 5-9 years Department: Engineering/Security Engineering Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled IAM software engineer to join our security-focused development team. You will be responsible for building scalable and secure Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems, APIs, and services. The ideal candidate has strong experience in Go programming and is comfortable working with gRPC , REST APIs , and modern authentication protocols like OAuth2, OIDC, and SAML. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain IAM features and services using Go . Build and maintain RESTful and gRPC APIs for user authentication, authorization, and identity federation. Implement and manage secure Identity & Access Management systems, including Single Sign-On (SSO), Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), etc. Work closely with DevOps and security teams to integrate IAM solutions into cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. Collaborate with product managers and frontend/backend teams to define IAM-related user journeys and security requirements. Ensure compliance with security standards and protocols (OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, JWT). Monitor, debug, and optimize IAM services for performance and reliability. Required Skills: Strong experience in Golang (Go). Solid understanding of gRPC and REST API design and implementation. Hands-on experience with Identity & Access Management systems and protocols (OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, LDAP). Knowledge of RBAC , MFA , SSO , and token-based authentication. Experience with distributed systems and secure communication practices. Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) is a plus. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) preferred. Good to Have: Exposure to zero trust architectures and principles. Knowledge of IAM solutions like Okta, Auth0, Keycloak, or ForgeRock. Experience integrating IAM with third-party systems or custom microservices. Prior experience in fintech, SaaS, or security-first products.
