Google Ads Expert

Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Google Ads Expert with a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in managing Google Search campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end management of Google Ad campaigns, ensuring optimized performance and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage Google Search Ad campaigns.
• Create and continuously optimize ad copies, keywords, and landing pages.
• Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to improve ROI.
• Develop and implement effective PPC strategies to increase brand visibility and conversions.
• Analyze campaign data using Google Analytics and other tools.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and updates in Google Ads and SEM.

Key Result Areas (KRAs)

• Increase in conversions from paid campaigns
• Improved Quality Score and CTR
• Lower cost per conversion
• Efficient budget utilization
• Timely campaign reporting and analysis

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree (required)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in running Google Ads campaigns (required)
• Strong knowledge of Google Search Ads and Google Analytics
• Google Ads certification is a plus
• Solid understanding of SEM concepts and PPC strategy
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and Word
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience

• Total work: 1 year (Preferred)
• Google Ads: 1 year (Required)

Additional Requirements

• Must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Landran, Mohali, Punjab before starting work.
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• Performance and yearly bonuses available based on results

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
