Testing & Deliver PLC & SCADA program with quality & accuracy w.r.t. Functional Specification. 4. Co-ordination across cross fucntional team like QA,Process,Engineering,Factory. 5. Participating project kick-off , Internal FAT & customer FAT. 6. Site visit for commissioning. 7. Compliance of customer queries at the time Of FAT. Preferred candidate profile Must have experience of Sterile/ Injectibles/ Biopharma division.

Role & responsibilities To generate the correct EPLAN drawings. To deliver the correct bill of material and E-plan drawing as per schedule Study & Understand the new project from P&ID and Order Confirmation Interact with customer along with project / sales team to understand the customer needs by visiting customer location Understand scope of the project as per the inputs from Order by participating Kickoff meetings Analyze and extract the required inputs for automation from Engineering department Understand the final process/out come at customer end from Process Engineering department According to inputs prepare electrical drawings by using E-plan software Preferred candidate profile Must have experience of Sterile/ Injectibles/ Biopharma division. Hands on Experience on EPLAN Knowledge of AutoCAD software

Identify critical machines on shop & work towards achieving zero breakdown Prepare preventive maintenance schedules for various machines & equipment Ensure that preventive maintenance activities are carried out as per schedule. Prepare list of critical spares & maintain inventory of machine spares at optimum levels Do root cause analysis of various breakdowns & take actions to eliminate root cause Monthly Breakdown Report with “Root Cause Analysis” to be published. Identifies and captures opportunities for improvement in equipment maintainability and reliability. Plan equipment and maintenance resources and correct existing discrepancies. Lead & Participate in technical audits and compliance assessments by competent authorities, and follow up on closure of remedial action plans Identify need for maintenance tooling & take necessary action to provide them. Coordinate with production for smooth execution of work on shop floor. Impart training & make SOPs for maintenance technicians for proper maintenance of machines. Impart training & make SOPs for shop floor workers & machine operators for proper operating of machines to ensure avoiding damages. Ensure that basic facilities such as STP, DG, Dust extraction system, UPS, electric fencing system, Fire hydrant system etc. are well maintained & operational as required. Ensure all compliances as per guidelines from MPCB, CGWA are done without exceptions Targeting 20% Annual Cost Reduction over the maintenance budget. Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations & environmental, health & security standards Advising proposals for energy efficiency & cost effectiveness. Lead & oversee projects for factory renovation & refurbishment.
